For the first time, North Theatre is preparing and presenting a performance specifically for the Indiana Thespian Regional competition. The competition will be at BROWN COUNTY High School on Saturday, November 23.
WAITING for LEFTY is considered one of the most significant plays of the modern American Theatre. Set in the Depression era, playwright Clifford Odets gives a cynical view of the exploitation of the working class. Made up of various vignettes, the play takes place at a would-be union meeting of cab drivers who are planning a labor strike.
